"This office is a joke. The nurses say one thing and do another. The Dr literally lied to my face about a medication I was going to be put back on. After I told Taryn Mullins I was taking CBD for pain and sleep issues she said she would put me back on my meds for the nerve damage but only after my drug screen. I peed and failed for th CBD but she didn't say in the office I need to stop taking them or anything really. On my paperwork it's documented I take CBD and she would restart my gabapentin. Well they neglect to call me about it or speak to me about what I need to do. Even to tell me to stop the CBD then I can get my script i was willing to do that I am suffering really ba the nurse is a liar who says she will talk to the Dr and get back to me. Then she never calls. They suck at this office and do the bare minimum. I am not going back . I will find an actual Dr who cares and literally will call you back. All they had to say was to stop taking the CBD and I would have but no ,,, they ignore you"

"Absolutely worst doctor's office experience ever! Showed up for appointment at 10am, there was a sign on the door that they would not be open til 11 with no phone call or warning that they would be closed. We went back at 11 to try and reschedule and their computer system was down so we were told to wait for a phone call to reschedule and also told they had called everyone with an appointment to tell them it was cancelled but that was a lie, no one contacted us and my daughter had to miss school for the appointment and they refused to even give us a school excuse, then the lady at the front got hateful with me like it was my fault for showing up. Absolutely ridiculous. Lots of other people also showed up for their appointments and were confused. So clearly nobody was called. How dare you lie and make people feel bad. My daughter is very sick and we had to wait forever for this appointment. She's in tears now that we have to wait even longer. Very unprofessional."

"I’ve been a patient here for 4 years this month. Out of all my doctors, this team seems to care the most. Teryn is my primary care, but I’ve been seen by Matt who has an amazing bedside manner, and by Dr Crawford, who was honest enough to tell me the truth about back issues I’ve been dealing with. Teryn is simply the best. She’s very kind, caring and I know for a fact that she asks about her patients when she is out. recommend Kingsport Medical. And the whole staff is kind and calls me by name. If you want a place to just randomly write scripts, this is not the place for you. I highly recommend Kingsport Medical"

"I called almost 3 weeks ago needing my thyroid pills refilled. I told the receptionist the truth that I was working alot of over time and was not sure that a day off was any where in sight. I work in a nursing home and at the time was eat up with covid. Since I had been exposed, they didnt want me coming in there which is understandable. She said she would send the message back. Not only did I not get my meds, they didn't even have the decency to return my call!! I told them I am not allowed to have my phone out and to feel free to leave me a voicemail. I got no response. I ended up talking to a dr online who understood. Not only did he call me in the meds I needed, but gave me 90 days worth plus a refill of another 90 days. Gives me enough time to get thru covid and find a new dr. This place lost me. I woulnt waste my time. Going to the health dept is better than going here!!"

"I am so thankful for this place. I have Tenncare right now and I know most providers aren’t fans of it. Once I’m out of school, I will be able to actually get better insurance but I will probably still continue to go here. The staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly. My DR Matthew Wood is one of a kind. He will actually listen to you and do what he thinks is right. I feel like other doctors in my past have made me feel crazy or feel like I’m overreacting but he always makes me feel justified. I feel like I can talk to him without holding anything back. I would definitely recommend this place."
