"Rescheduled 3-4 times as a new patient. I finally gave up. I cannot recommend them at all."

"I just have to say I'm appalled with this facility. First off appointment times are not suggestions. So if your doctors cannot accommodate the time don't schedule it. Secondly, teach your receptionist some customer service. The one kind woman with the glasses was awesome. The other younger one, apparently doesn't understand how to not be rude or beat around the bush when explicitly asked a direct question. New patient fail. I waited 30 minutes and was 10 minutes early then left because my time is finite. Wouldn't go back if they paid me to."

"Showed up for IUD change appointment to discover that somebody didn't fax something they were supposed to my insurance to make sure it was covered as well as ordering the actual IUD. It seemed like multiple things failed for this visit but the kicker was, before I showed up for this appointment. I had actually come in the office a week before my appointment to check the status on the insurance making sure it was going to cover it because I was already in the building for another appointment and hadn't heard anything back. So to my face by the desk person at Seasons I was told "No news is good news so your insurance is probably covering it" so I took that at face value and showed up for my appointment the following week where they didn't have ANYTHING READY and I was turned away after checking in and waiting for 20 minutes because the necessary paper work wasn't filed even though all of this was supposed to have been put in the works A MONTH PRIOR at my original pap appointment."

"I have had the best experience with seasons of Kingsport! Dr.mitchell is amazing he really helped me so much in such a short time. His nursing staff is amazing too!"

"I had made an appointment to see someone in October for my yearly exam. The appointment wasn't scheduled until December. The week prior to my appointment I got a letter in the mail that said the provider was no longer with the group and give me a list of other providers in the group to pick from. I called and made a second appointment in February. I again received a letter in the mail to call and reschedule. I did the next available appointment time was in April. I took that appointment. I then received yet again another letter to reschedule. I called they were able to work me in for an appointment in March. One hour before the appointment I received a phone call that the provider had requested to cancel the appointment. It was the last time I deal with this office. My yearly exam is now 6 months past time. Disappointing. I would give less than 1 ⭐ but that's not an option."
