"I've been going here for the past 5 or more years! Wonderful professional staff and I love my fnp Rhonda Scott. Everyone there treats patients with caring and kindness. If I need to call between appointments they call me back in a timely manner. They do not just give out pain medicine to be giving it out, they adhere to state rules very strictly. If you have genuine pain needs these folks are the ones I would recommend. Also Dr. Ward is the best!"
"I've been a patient of NP Ben Meeks for years. I do not trust practitioners easily because of years of issues built up with dismissive doctors during my diagnosis journey with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I trust Ben with my life. He's gone to bat for me with my insurance and other doctors, and he's pep talked me through some of my worst days with this condition while recommending a variety of treatments to keep me moving and enjoying my family and life. He listens and responds to me as a human being and as a chronic pain patient I just can't think of anything more valuable. The vast majority of the staff is cheerful, kind, and sympathetic. I have rarely ever had a bad encounter with them and let's be honest we all have a bad day every now and again. I find them all to be relatable, helpful and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for long term pain management and practitioners willing to listen and work WITH you to reach your health goals."
"The little girl at the front desk needs to learn how to work with the public. I know my appointment was early in the morning, and it’s hard to be friendly in the morning (or anywhere in the Tri-Cities, apparently), but at least make an effort. I asked if there was going to be a copay. She sighed and said, “I don’t even know what insurance you have yet.” At that point, I knew I was leaving, and I did. I won’t be going back. I’ve dealt with pain all my life. A little longer won’t hurt. I would suggest possibly investing in some sort of training for your front desk employees, as terms such as, “personality,” “friendliness,” and leaving your problems at the door when you go to work are apparently foreign concepts."
"I’ve been a patient at this clinic for quite awhile now, and I’ve never had anything but good experiences. The front desk crew is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The P.A.’s are caring, and the doctors are knowledgeable. Love the nurses, too. They are very helpful!"
"I’ve been in pain management for over 17 years. I moved up here right before Christmas and began searching for a new doctor. I can’t speak to the quality of care as of yet but have fortunately discovered a hidden gem at the front desk. Thank you, thank you April!! The doctor requires an appointment with their psychologist before prescribing any medication and my appointment isn’t for another month. That means 8 hours of driving and $60 in gas to drive back to my current pain management clinic so I don’t run out of medication. Sweet April showed compassion and understanding of my quandary and took the time to stop, listen and care. She found a cancellation and set an appointment with the psychologist and a doctor within a time frame that should provide the continuity of care we’ve come to expect in these fine United States. It seems like that should be a given standard of care. April is my hero. Thank you again April!! Thank you for taking the time and trying your best to assist a person in need. April, your best is outstanding as you solved my quandary. Hoping the medical personnel listen and care as well as you have."
