"I called for an appointment, the lady took my insurance info. She said that my insurance covered the appointment, when I asked if they took my insurance. When I got to the appointment, I find out they didn’t know if the insurance would pay. And of course if they didn’t, I would have to. The whole idea of calling ahead of time was to make sure they took it. I wish things where explained to me before I took my day off work and drove there, just to leave. There was also a conversation about another patient, that wasn’t to low key. I wouldn’t like my info shared with others who may be in ear range."

"One the best decision I've made was to make Marry my primary care provider. Her and her staff are caring and professional. I feel like she really cares and takes time answer all concerns I have. Compared to my previous clinic where I felt like I was just a number, with Faith Family Health, there is no comparison."

"The staff is very friendly and the prices for the weight loss program are very good. Unfortunately almost every time it's about an hour wait to actually get seen- even if you are early for your appointment. However if you are only going for the weight loss program and don't actually need to see the doctor that day the wait normally isn't as bad. I go weekly and other than the long wait times I am generally pleased with the visits."
