The receptionist was very helpful and so patient with my Mother in help her select the correct pair for her. Thank you so much."

"Very unprofessional assistant. She told my husband whom has cancer to let his oncologist check his eyes if he felt the chemo was affecting them. Refused to let him purchase new contacts to do him until they had an open appointment. They have permanently lost a loyal customer of 10+ years and he now has an infection and ulcers in his eyes (possibly due to the chemotherapy) It’s a shame that people do not know how to treat their customers and another human being these days!!"

"I am leaving one star because unfortunately, it didn’t give me an option to leave no stars. This facility is ran by incompetent people who do not care about their loyal customers. I was a customer for 10 years before I found out I have Leukemia. I started on chemo in December and started having issues with my eyes this month.I thought it was possibly the contacts I had so I called for an appointment and asked for a set of contacts to do me until I could be seen. They refused to let me buy any to do me 1 week before an open appointment and said if I thought my cancer was affecting my eyes to let my oncologist check them. I called envision eye care and they managed to get me seen the day after I called. I ended up with an infection and ulcers in my eye…Possibly due to the chemo I’m on. Come to find out, the chemo affects contact lenses! So thank goodness I changed to a new provider. Who knows, I may have gone blind without the proper attention."

"Not a very professional doctors office at all. The optometrist makes you feel uneasy and asks weird questions. Also I notified the secretary that I wouldn't be able to purchase contacts as I was struggling with money. She proceeds to order them anyways and then tacks a 12 doller late fee on it because I didn't show up to pick up the things I told her not to order. Then tells me I'm not allowed to obtain my prescription unless I pay that 12 fee. As I stated just unprofessional all around."

"Exceptional service from an exceptional doctor! Absolutely recommend! They got us in quick, got our glasses quick, were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and the insurance and billing was seamless!"
