"Im not from this area, but drove to this urgent care after finding out another urgent care was closed. The staff, was all very nice and professional from check in to the nurse, to the doctor. I may have waited 10 minutes to go back. I think the doctor seemed a little rushed, but I had just heard in the waiting room they was short staffed when staff was speaking to each other. Trust me, I understand, being short staffed. In medical care though, I don’t think you should rush treating a patient. I am in no way putting that on the doctor, that’s Ballad Health’s problem. The doctor was doing the best she could. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care and was in the area."

"Super friendly staff and most importantly they listen. I had an infection and was in a lot of pain. Because I'm a recovering addict I can't have any type of narcotics. I let the staff know and not only did I get some antibiotics that have me feeling better after just one dose but they gave me something for the pain that also works and it isn't a narcotic. The wait time was nonexistent. From check in to check out was maybe 20 minutes!!!! If I ever have another medical problem I will be going back there!"

They are fast and much more affordable than the ER and the DR. I was driving to Abingdon Urgent Care until they re-opened this one. Highly recommend."
