"This cold, rude, inattentive person should not be practicing psychiatry. She spent more time toggling with the platform than addressing me or my needs. Her questions were abrupt and her entire manner was short and insensitive. Obviously, if you are using Telehealth, it's probably because your insurance doesn't allow for anything better...but I promise you, NO treatment is better than this "treatment." At least with no treatment, you won't limp away feeling like you've been beaten with a stick by someone who was supposed to help you."

"Dr Diabla changed my life! She is thorough and gets down to the nitty gritty. Psychiatrists aren’t there to be warm and fuzzy but she will get you the results and help you medically. She’s not a therapist so please don’t judge her like she is one. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a diagnosis and medicine."

Didn't offer any resources, didn't offer to reschedule, didn't offer ANY type of help. People don't see psychiatrists because everything in their life is going rosy. This human being was heartless, cruel and apparently in the wrong profession where she could take another human being who was reaching out for help and just slap him down."
