"I don't know what they do there but they never return calls keep scheduled appointments they set my son an appointment after one of their tax professionals hahaha took his paper work she never worked on it and they then scheduled him an appointment for when they were closed. WHAT A JOKE"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my stuff during tax season this year to be fixed. H&R block screwed my return up, and I had heard great things about J&J. So I take my stuff out there, just to never hear from them and can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. So here it is almost tax season again and I have yet to get anything done through this company. They also still have all my paperwork so I can't do anything to fix it on my own."

"The people at J&J were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and true tax professionals. Tracey Kinkade assisted us. Her and her receptionist as well as the other workers that were there, were extremely friendly and hospitable. They were very kind to my little boy as well who was obviously bored due to it being a tax place and him only being 5 years old. They tried their best to help and make it fun for him and didn't act bothered by him at all. Sometimes you go to big chains to get your taxes done and you don't get people who are very experienced or very friendly. The people at J&J WERE! If you have a simple tax return I would recommend going for the price and the service. If you have a more complicated tax return I would recommend going for the price the service and the experience."

"Couldn't ever get in for them to do my taxes plus they told me they would wait for me and didnt they had the doors locked before 6 and wouldn't answer my calls. Also my boyfriend filled there and didnt put him as head of household they put single. So he didnt get that tax credit! DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR TIME AND MONEY WASTED!!!!!"

"I wasn’t expecting to get much this year because of health issues keeping me from work. I have never used a tax service outside of doing my own on turbo tax. Friday was an amazing experience and Tracey was able to get back a lot for me. I’m VERY happy with her and will come back every year."
