"After years of being a patient here I can say this place has become unprofessional. I had not been to the doctor since before COVID since I hadn’t been sick and to avoid getting sick. However when trying to make an appointment, Jessica at the front let me know I would be considered a new patient after 20 plus years, because I simply hadn’t been seen. This should have been my sign to find a new office immediately!!! After months of being sick on and off. I felt like I was not being listened to or taken serious, when my symptoms were worsening and not getting better. After doing a phone visit with Audrey, NP, I was told there was no way I could get Pneumonia due to my age and health??This was all after waiting for 4 hours, when I was told they would call at 12:30. They didn’t call until 4:45. It’s hard to find care for your HEALTH"
