"I wouldn't take my dog there. They don't check patients, when they use the bathroom on their self it takes forever for them to get there IF they come. Some of the staff is good as gold to them then others are there for a paycheck only. They see the call light , phone ring and ignore it. I would go up and there would be feces in the floor. I would have to make them clean it. You can smell some residents when you walk down the hall. They also forge signatures."

"I did a clinical in this place and my experience was horrible. The residents are being neglected and abused constantly. They basically don't let them out of their beds and they mistreat them. The staff is rude with the patients. I spoke to some of the patients are they were scared to ask for help or ask for anything because the CNA's and Nurses got mad if they ask ed for anything. There was a patient that had a broken shoulder and she was complaining and crying because of the pain and the just said that she was doing it for attention. There were some patients who were in bed all day drugged out of their minds. There was a patient that slept all day and vomited once and they never changed his bed sheets, they left him sleeping in his own vomit all day. There was another patient who had a sore that was bleeding on her leg bleed unto her bed sheets and they never once changed the bed sheets. There were patients whose room had a very foul smell and whose rooms were plagued with flies. All the patients were forced to have their meals in their rooms. This place is horrible so please never let one of your family members in this place. This treatment is inhumane and barbaric."
