"I never leave poor reviews but I certainly will today. My son has been a patient of Cutting Edge Derm since his birth last year and they have done great with him. HOWEVER, my wife schedules an appointment for herself this year; the office pushes the appt back a few times for multiple reasons; then, the day before her rescheduled appointment she gets a call from the receptionist saying they “just can’t see her.” When she asked why, she was told that the office manager told the receptionist that my wife left a bad Google review & Facebook review back in 2017. Of course, my wife was confused and asked to speak with someone who knew more about the curtain because she’s NEVER done such a thing. First and foremost, neither of us, nor our children had been seen by them or have ever been in this office until Dec of 2022. We are not “Karen’s” and leave bad reviews when we get butt hurt because we didn’t agree with something or the service wasn’t quick enough. We were very appreciative and recommending of Cutting Edge Dermatology until last week when my wife was treated like she didn’t matter because someone with the same name as her didn’t like their services. Dr. Starnes, check your facts before you start before you pull the trigger on your hate gun. And find some professional administration that will explain these types of situations instead of throwing it off on a receptionist who can answer no questions or provide guidance. Your firm had us sold that you were “top notch” but it’s clear that your patients don’t matter near as much as your reviews and revenue."
