"I am incredibly disappointed in the [lack of] care I received at CMG Neurology on Linkhorne Dr. My provider was supposed to be Melissa Ramsdell, NP, but she refused to see me. I have been suffering for a long time, and my friends and I traveled from over an hour away. Because there are TWO CMG neurologies and a CMG Neurosurgery, we got confused. We went to the wrong one, and they sent me to the neurosurgery office. At this point even the GPS was confused. I arrived 10 minutes late. Mind you, I am a Centra patient, so they had all my information and there were no forms that needed filling out. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. I spoke with Gae at the front desk, apologized and explained what happened. She was polite but said there was no point in asking M. Ramsdell if she would see me, and that I would have to wait at least another 5 or 6 months for an appointment. Several members of my family were in medicine, as was I for many years. I simply cannot imagine telling a patient that, in essence, they have to suffer for another 6 months because they were 10 minutes late. Nor can I imagine how people so callous could be of any real help to anyone. I’ll never go back."

"My husband have Parkinson's He see Dr.Policard for 3 years she and the staff there is wonderful very concerned about his medication and his health.also concerned about me as a wife and his caregiver please we recommend her and the staff to anyone. We have and she's have suggested seeing another professional about his Parkinson's but we are so comfortable with her and her knowledge of this illness we travel 2 hrs and will continue."

"I had an appointment with Peter L. Konieczny, MD . Every staff member was very nice. The nurse went over my extensive list of medications with me. She even printed out the list for me to take home. Dr. Konieczny was very attentive to me. He took the time to listen. He also has a good sense of humor! I am very glad that I met him, and that he will be my neurologist."

"This place is terrible.They are arrogant here. My daughter sees a Dr.Policard. My daughter suffers from seizures and mostly headaches.I try to keep up on my daughter's medications to make sure she does not run out.Been trying close to a week now to have the headache medication my daughter takes refilled.They won't get back with me.This place even got smart or rude with my daughter's care coordinator on the phone.Her pharmacy has forwarded 2 to 3 refill requests.I have called them. Two of my daughter's care coordinators have called.....they are not getting back.If you or your family have neurological problems and need your medication...don't count on this place helping you get it before it runs out.This place is a disgrace.Some of the staff is a bunch of smart Alecks."
