"I have never been to a doctor's office where they are so dismissive. I’ve been having a lot of health issues lately with several symptoms that I was concerned about, and as I began explaining what I was experiencing, The nurse cut me off after listing three symptoms, saying something along the lines of, "That's enough for me to put". I was hoping the doctor would be more helpful, but she came in and completely disregarded my concerns. I was trying to explain what was going on, but she didn’t address a single symptom or issue. She basically told me, "You’re probably just dehydrated" and "Schedule an appointment with other offices". I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this office or Dr. Voekler."

"Dr. Voekler is my (85 year old) mother's doctor. Dr. Voekler can't get my mother's perscriptions sent to the mail in pharmacy. Mom had to have bloodwork to determine the strength of thyroid medication. Dr. Voleler asked me to call her office when the results of the bloodwork were available so she could send the perscription to the mail in pharmacy. The lab is in the Daleville office were Dr. Voekler is located. I've called 3 times and Mom is now out of medicine. Dr. Voekler also failed to send 3 other perscriptions to the pharmacy. Every time we go to see Dr. Voekler we wait and wait then leave confused. Last time we were there for over 2 hours to get perscriptions refilled. My Mom is out of medicine and Dr. Voekler has done nothing. Added: it took 3 phone calls and an unscheduled visit to Dr. Voekler's office to get my mother's thyroid and heart meds. This took a total of 5 weeks. She was without her meds for 2 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. We're in the market for a new Doctor."

"Dr. Moughrabi and staff always get 5 stars! I love them! The ladies at the front desk, Kim and Jessica, are super nice and patient. I come once a week to get my allergy shots. Cathy also super nice and patient. She even forgives me when I miss a week or 6. :) I love all of them, even the lab! I can't say enough good things about them."
