"Nice staff and doctors. But the worst patient management experience. My wife had an appointment at 8:30 AM, we arrived around 8:15, called many times, no one picks up. We wait till 8:35 and still no one picks up the phone. BTW, this is the policy you need to follow due to COVID, I do sincerely agree with this policy. BUT no one picks up the phone, this place is seriously under-staff. We saw many people walk in and walk out without calling or have their temperature check. Thus, my wife walked into the clinic and spent 30 mins to do the "Pre-registration", only after that she can do her ultrasound, the ultrasound took like 10 mins, and my wife needs to wait for the doctor check. AND here is the most ridiculous thing ever! My wife's ultrasound appointment was at 8:30, but the doctor won't be available till 10:30!!! And no one even cares to tell my wife. My wife sits there for 50 mins, no food no drink, and was very hungry. Thus she asked the nurse and the nurse then told her that the doctor will see her at 10:30!!! That's two hours waiting time for a pregnant woman, and meanwhile, I and my toddler kid were waiting in the car assuming my wife will come out soon."
