"I see all these 5 star reviews and can’t help but wonder why it is that I had such a bad experience. Cory seemed great at my intake appointment but it went downhill from there. He passed me off to other therapists after the initial appt. so I ended up with a different therapist every time. There was no continuity, I wasn’t sent home with at-home exercises, and each therapist did their own thing with little enthusiasm. My last appt. was when an assistant applied traction to my neck and it created the very pain I had come in with and was hoping to treat! I got dizzy and felt sick. Would not recommend this business at all. I remain skeptical of all these 5 star reviews."

"Clean, friendly, professional, helpful, patient centered. Very easy to get first and every appointment (3) per week as needed. also at a time which I preferred. Cory was nice, kind and took great care of me. My first PT Therapist went onto Graduate School, but her help was perfect. She listened and improved my balance and right knee (bone on bone arthritis) chronic pain. Pain is pretty much gone, and I am able to walk well. "My experience at Spectrum Physical Therapy, Pantops was excellent. Everyone was friendly, positive and they explained everything they wanted me to do. I worked with Erin, Rebecca and Tom and am very pleased with the progress I have made. They really cared how I was doing and the progression of exercises was excellent. As I observed other patients in the clinic, I could see that the therapy tailored for each individual, not one size fits all. Great group and I highly recommend them."
