"The nurse practitioner, Kibble Kessick, NP was kind and welcoming, but the office staff was not. Mr. Hill and the Office Manager could improve their communication skills. I never saw "the doctor" or any one with an MD."

"Instead of giving you a referral for things clearly beyond their capacity, they have you make a separate appointment and then hardly provide any service. Sleep problems? Set up an appointment so they can read you what their online tools says about sleep habits. Allergies? Set up another appointment so they can draw your blood and give you an assessment that is far inferior to what an allergist would be able to provide instead. For every problem they want to exhaust your insurance before giving out a referral, even though they know that are not the best option for your care. They string you on for months."

"It seems that every type of care needs a ‘pre-appointment’ to determine if that care is recommended, before they can schedule the service. This includes for diagnostics that I request! I found out after scheduling that they don’t even offer the screening I wanted - but since they didn’t ask what I wanted done, if I hadn’t pressed I would’ve found out only after arriving. I had a minor but painful surgery recently, and asked what lifestyle changes I could make to prevent a recurrence. The doc said this ‘is just part of life now.’ After some hours of research, I discover there are lots of accessible lifestyle and dietary changes to help my condition. Feels like this place just wants more money. Rude on the phone, don’t call back about improper billing, and generally don’t act for best interest of the patient. Two stars because the nurse practitioners I’ve had are great!"
