"I had a great experience at Move Better PT! I had 8 weeks of therapy for persistent hip/lower back pain that was causing limitations for some everyday activities and for running. My therapist Luke was creative and encouraging, developing a new plan for each session and providing explanations and adjustments until I was performing each motion correctly. He presented a number of options for exercises/stretches to find the ones that worked best for me. He also made suggestions for a related ankle problem. "My physical therapist, Luke, was truly exceptional. I came in with a chronic back pain. After 2~3 months of work with Luke, my low back pain was gone. Luke was really creative in coming up with various work regiments that would help me. He approached from wholistic perspective including mindfulness, breathing to muscle strengthening. I had a session where he helped me with core and hip exercises to dead lifting in the end. I could never forget that session, and I hope to improve my health by repeating many of the helpful exercises Luke taught me. I owe my healing to Luke.
