Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Scott’s Addition

"Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. I travel for many events so they are one of top ones. Parking situation is a mess. If you do not get the any parking in “yellow” spots which are limited. You have to park in overflow which is fine but it is not marked. The entrance says for “seaboard and you will be towed” - re-parked my car 4 times in the dark and rain because of poor directions and no signs at entrance. There is a sign but in middle of parking lot and not near the entrance not facing in parking lot so you don’t know if your even in proper place. I would avoid unless you know the area and policies of this hotel."

"Stayed for a local conference and found the property to be well maintained and modern. The staff was great and very accommodating. The front desk clerk was outstanding and provided great restaurant recommendations. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the General Manager and she was so genuine in making sure I was provided 5 star service. Being a loyal Marriott customer, I would highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great work!"

"Held a corporate meeting over two days. Savannah was fantastic to deal with, and very accommodating on working through the room arrangements and contracts. Hotel is new, very clean, has a great common area space that we used for lunches. The gym facilities were clean and a good size. Easy walk to Scott’s addition - we did not have a rental car and did not need that or an Uber. Front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially the lovely lady with the fabulous glasses (I didnt get her name unfortunately). Highly recommend and we would stay again."

"We just used the Marriott Courtyard Scott's Addition as our wedding hotel and it was absolutely perfect! Clean rooms, great service, lobby Starbucks and bar with a lovely outdoor patio too. We also used their meeting room for our Welcome Reception and the staff went above and beyond to make our event perfect! The hotel parking was easy to access and it was easy to find. Lastly, the location is perfect as it's right off 195 and also near tons of bars and restaurants in Scott's Addition for all of our out of town guests. I highly recommend!"
