"I’ve been battling chronic illness and chronic pain since July 2021. After seeing Dr. Kimberly Cheek who was originally from the Waynesboro location, she assured me she would do everything she could to help. Here it is 2024, almost 3 years later… I’m still dealing with the symptoms after pursuing all referrals she sent and even switching to UVA health systems. Dr. Cheek has been very nonchalant and carefree about my suffering, as well as the nurses who overlooked a key test result for the diagnosis I’m battling. I previously seen Dr. Snyder here and that was an even worse experience. I can say unfortunately he is a horrible person and doctor. I highly recommend steering clear of Augusta Health but also this primary care provider."

"Dr Snyder is the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to in My Life. He physically diagnosed me with a traumatic brain injury due to a car hitting a tractor trailer and the tractor trailer then hitting me. I had awful issues and still do with memory and cognitive functions regardless of therapy to try to improve things. When asked if he would give information to the social security administration to try to obtain disability because I cannot retain new information still to this day, his exact words were I do everything in my power to make sure none of my patients get disability. He sure did. I just got back all of my patient records from him and to say that they are disgusting and appalling is an understatement. He even implied that the accident could have been caused by medication I was on even though I hadn't taken that medication that day. And God forbid you have a medical marijuana card, cuz he will never ever give you any kind of medication for pain or anything like that because apparently he discriminates against it which I'm pretty sure is against the law. The absolute worst doctor in my life. If you enjoy being judged and treated by a sports Doctor who by his own words doesn't treat sports injury and has a nurse that is extremely rude and waiting hours for an appointment by all means see Dr Snyder. Otherwise I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to come see him. And the process now of filing official complaints against him based upon my medical records."

"Augusta health system is a joke!! Don't let any doctor put you on something that causes withdrawals because they won't even help with the symptoms when THEY tell you they won't fill the script anymore! Heartless..."

"My husband tried calling to set up an appointment and was hung up on. Tried calling back thinking they was disconnected but no one ever picked up. (10 minutes before they closed) unprofessional, we've always had problems with them. Not the first incident with them."

"Provider refuses to refill routine prescriptions, wants specialties to do it all. Refuses to fill out FMLA paperwork. Visits are useless, don't offer any help other than "go to the emergency room if....". Completely useless, definitely not here to help their patients."
