"I went it for my tonsils and the doctors (Doctor Dash) and the management have treated me super well and kind. They’re efficient and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for any tonsils problems."
"I went to this establishment to be evaluated for sleep apnea/enlarged tonsils and the doctor ended up performing a nasal endoscopy (stuck a camera up my nose and down my throat) The visit went well and I returned home with no issue. The next day, however, I woke up with and extremely sore and very swollen throat. I could not eat and could barely swallow water. I called to get another appt with this ENT but they said they had no appointments available within a decent timeframe, even though my problem was pretty extreme. I ended up going to Urgent Care and turns out, the Dr at ENT had scraped my soft palate when examining my mouth and the scrape had become infected, causing my throat to swell to nearly closing. The doctor at Urgent Care gave me a steroid shot as well as antibiotics and that fixed the problem(and also ended up costing about $250). When I got my bill from ENT for the nasal endoscopy for over $400, I called them to see if they offered any bill relief for causing such an expensive problem. I was transferred to a supervisor who told me that no, I signed a consent form for the procedure and therefore I took responsibility for any problems that arose because of it. I can easily pay the bill, money isn’t the issue, it’s the principle of this business potentially not having sterilized their instruments properly of just having a careless doctor, but I would not recommend this place to anyone!!"
"ENT Surgery Center treat symptoms not the cause. i said i had an ear infection and tinnitus. The PA assistant gave me a nose spray and steroids. A week later, I went to an ENT in South Carolina, and they discovered I had significant hearing loss in the right ear that is probably permanent because of nerve damage from a viral infection. I added a photo with the hearing result from the ent i went to in south carolina. I do not blame Collins. it hard to stay vigilant when you have patients day in and day out. But I needed a doctor and I trusted this office. They let me down. I was written off as a simple case and ignored. You are doctors, you hold the quality of people’s lives in your hands. Its easy to forget that when you’ve held that responsibility for so long. i don’t know many good doctors but i hope maybe you have the potential to be."
"I called and asked for an appointment. I asked them if they take insurance. When the lady found out that I have insurance, she told me that I cannot even make an appointment. But, "...what if I paid for the visit myself"? "No". Does not make sense to me, that a medical clinic will not take patients who will pay their own way, but has insurance. What patients WILL they take then, people who has no jobs and totally dependant on others?! Receptionist needs to find a different line of work."
"Avoid this place if possible. The rudest most inconsiderate patient service I’ve ever dealt with. Waited a month to see O’Malley, drove an hour away just for them to say they cancelled it and I never got a message for it. They felt bad so they rescheduled with Buckman for the next day. On the way I got a flat tire, was stranded on the side of the road. I called the office asking to reschedule because I live an hour away. Lady on the phone was so extremely rude, demanding I only get a 20 minute leeway and it doesn’t matter what happened I either get charged $50 no show fee or I can reschedule ANOTHER month. I was on the side of the road with bad signal with cars zooming by I couldn’t hear that well and then lady had the most attitude screaming “HELLO??? You only get a 20 minute leeway” If there’s no appointment until next month how did I get one the next day when there was a cancellation on their behalf. Rude and unprofessional please stay away from this place. Office ladies need a new career."
