"This place needs new management! We all know it and its getting worse by the day. No receptionist, no greetings, ABSOLUTELY NO WALK - INS ALLOWED …EVER!! No patients were in the building but she would not take a handicap walk in with a baby. Jan says she runs the place and is in charge. So fix this Quest, you are loosing patients by the hour."

"I have had horrible experiences having blood drawn, down to being stuck 12 times in one day! Here at THIS Quest Diagnostic, Myra hit it and got it - in ONE SHOT! No digging, wiggling the needle - NOTHING! I and notoriously hard stick, and I told her I will ALWAYS have her draw my blood. Period! The place is clean, they get you in and out. Yep, I WILL be back!"
