"Killed my baby brother taking off his meds cold turkey, he killed himself a week later I blame this whole office and dr. Coe. Also was turned away after being a patient for years this is the most unprofessional office. I have ever been to, I even tried contacting the manager of the building over and over and nothing she never called back or cared that one of there patients took there life. Charles McCartney may you have Justice in the after life. 7/10/22 he left this world."

"Since our Dr left and this office became Commonwealth Medical, we have had nothing but issues. First they set up appts with a DO, which yes is still medical doctor but they don't believe in medications. Then that doctor either left or was fired and we specifically asked for a MD not a DO. So we get Dr. Ko who we find out is a DO. When the appt was made we again wanted clarification that this doctor was a MD and not a DO and was told yes he was. Now we can't even get our prescriptions filled. My husband is on blood pressures meds and we submitted for a refill and they have not gotten to our pharmacy. I had to go my back surgeon to get my anxiety meds refilled. This is ridiculous."

"Wait times for some of my prescriptions took almost close to a month not once but twice to the point that I had to escalate the issue to either an office director or corporate customer service. Unacceptable. Front office staff has been rude and unprofessional more often than not. Never in my life have I experienced such a terribly managed doctor’s office."

"They have a great team of Dr's, nurses and staff. They are simply overwhelmed, and will even tell you so. It takes at least five minutes to speak with someone on the phone. Dr's are overwhelmed to the point they don't refill prescriptions, perform consultations on lab work, etc... If you want to be a patient here patience is a must."

"Haven't even made my first visit yet and the appointment I made with Elizabeth Sullivan gets changed to another doctor with no notice on their end. I got notified by a text literally less than a week from my appointment. I specifically told whoever it was I was speaking with when setting up the appointment that I wanted my wife and I to have the same primary care physician. Not off to a very great start already."
