It's a shame because I normally don't leave a review unless I have something good to say. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that no one answers the phone 9/10 times (during normal business hours) and they won't call you back even if you leave a message."

"I've used Gnatt for a number of years, and early on the Mother and daughter who ran the agency were great. However the level of customer service and getting staff to simply return phone calls is abysmal. This sadly has become a very poor example of local business taking care of their customers. Because of repeated disappointment with their professional performance, I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same."
