"Friendly enough clinicians (MDs / LNPs) but they always give the impression of being way too busy. It's impossible to get information from about your care (e.g. test results) over the phone; the staff are rude and they will forward you to a voicemail box without listening to you."

"I have been with OFP since the mid 90s and have had various Dr all very competent and will recommend them to anyone any day! That said , on Oct 26 the front office person was rude dismissive and confrontational. Highly unprofessional and ill suited to be a front face."

"When we first started coming here it was great. There's been a significant decline. They have also ascribed to the liberal "wokeness" of gender confusion and mental illness. My child's appointment required her legal gender, her pronouns, and other nonsense which we left blank. So sad that even here in Orange its come to this nonsense."

"I have been a patient here since 1999. There has been a significant decline in their ability to serve their customers over the past 5 years. The office used to be great and the staff used to be attentive but I can barely even speak to a staff member now, let alone actually get assistance from one. I've been without medicine for weeks at a time due to failures of the nurses to follow up with me after I called. At this point I expect to call 5+ times to get anything other than scheduling an appointment done. I am incredibly sad I have to leave because I love the Drs but they've taken on way more patients than they can reasonably handle with the staff they have and it's affecting every aspect of patient care. It seems like they keep trying to expand to add new doctors and facilities and every time they do they stretch themselves a little bit thinner."

"Was seen for shingles. First visit was fine. The follow up service sucked. Called at 730 am to get a prescription refilled. As of 5 pm they still haven't approved the refill. I was told by the receptionist that the nurse hasn't even seen the message yet. So I have to suffer another night of working in pain because the nurse, who I would name but don't remember it, can't be bothered to check her messages. Will absolutely not return to this den of incompetence. Regret going there now."
