"* This dentisty is 45 minutes away from my house* I've had the best experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life at this dental site. I have had a ton of dental work over the years because of my lack of prioritizing my dental health. Piedmont Regional Dental has made me believe that it is possible to make mistakes and correct those mistakes without feeling guilty or ashamed. They have done all the work I've needed so far in a very efficient timeline. They have written all of my referrals and provided me with a copy of each. They explain exactly what procedure is being performed and asked if I understood fully. The doctor even gave me a mini visual lesson by using my hands as props to explain how teeth extractions work. While that may sound childish, I was very impressed, and it made me feel at ease. I look forward to continuing working with them in the future and have even told friends and family about my experience."

"Me and my husband are extremely happy with everything and have had quite a bit of work done. They have been very accommodating with schedules and getting us seen. My hygienist, Chris, was phenomenal. My 1 star review is because we are a low income family and had a price sheet for all the work that I would have done. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see that I was charged 4x the regular cleaning fee. It was not told me in advance and my fillings were around $100 and I paid almost 400.00 just for a deep cleaning. I had a deep cleaning done in August and paid 93.00 and they said I need to have another one done as soon as I can and scheduled for a month later. I was not aware it was a different procedure and would break the bank. I am not sure why they thought its okay to not tell the cost upfront and just surprise us in the end."
