"My recent annual physical exam with Rong Fan (NP) was notably disappointing, prompting me to write this review despite usually avoiding negative feedback. The encounter was marred by a level of unprofessionalism and a demeaning attitude that I found quite distressing. Right from the beginning, Rong Fan's method of questioning was condescending, and her advice came across as overly critical. This was particularly apparent when I told her that I didn't have the COVID booster this year and my dietary preferences. Her response to these details made me feel unfairly judged and diminished. Throughout the questionnaire, Rong Fan seemed to seize every chance to belittle me under the guise of her medical expertise. This adversarial approach significantly impeded any constructive conversation about the necessary tests for my examination. Adding to the disappointment, the questionnaire session was abruptly cut short due to time constraints. When I attempted to provide answers to help guide the decision on which tests to include, she criticized me for raising too many concerns and suggested I should consult other doctors. In conclusion, my experience with Rong Fan fell short of the professional and empathetic standard one would expect, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration. I strongly suggest to stay away from her, even just for an annual physical exam."

"The office visit was good, my lab was done on 12/28/23 but have not received any information of the result. I called on 1/8/23 and the clinical nurse explained to me that LabCorp sent back the test and cancelled it, therefore no show on the test result. Luckily, she found my blood test result. But it should have been posted or communicated to me after the result came back. Someone else from the post and the same experience on the lab test recently. Obviously, there is a big room of improvement in communication between Lab Corp and to customer."

"The Doctor was excellent, but I am only giving 1 star because front desk support; when asking for my test results after the promised time of 7 business days, she answered in a rude and desinterested manner that I should contact LabCorp directly, but in my opinion it's not my job to chase their sub-suppliers. She then invited me to look for another primary care provider. It's a shame that all the good impression I had ended in a terrible and rude customer service."

"very unprofessional setting. I was highly upset that i was told to make an appt with Dr.Shaabti to do a physical when i had just gotten clearance on a procedure two months before. Mind you they scheduled me for a virtual appt first then he proceeded to tell me that i needed to come in person. I had to get my forms signed for school by the 31st and he needed to fax it... none of which was done although i had called multiple times to get this done on time and also emailed them all my vaccines and bloodwork all for him top get frustrated a week later and leave the office without signing off on my forms ---- leaving me for nursing school high and dry. ridiculous. The last time i was there in october i had an MA that was on her phone while she had me hold on to my EKG probes. And didnt even clean the room or rip off the table paper before putting me in the room. I was appalled and last thing was i received forms for a different patient. DONT COME HERE."

"The only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is because Dr. Rong Fan is really wonderful and kind. AllCare has been an unstable and low-quality primary care provider for me the last few years, and I finally have found a different primary care doctor because of these issues I had here. My experiences have steadily become worse, and hit a low at this location, as noted below: - I arrived for my 8AM appointment at 7:45 to check in, and the lady who opened the office did not arrive until 8:20AM with fast food in her arms. - Their billing department insists on charging me for an appointment that I rescheduled (and never had) way in advance, charging me 2 total appointment fees for 1 appointment. - The nurse who saw me did not even look at my record or why I had come in that day - claimed the medication I was on was for a different medical issue that I don't even have, and kept asking if I was sure when I told her what it was actually for. - The same nurse read my weight off out loud in the hallway each time I came to this location, even though I made it clear I did not want to see my weight. - This nurse displayed unprofessionalism and apathy towards me as a patient. I did not feel heard or observed accurately as a patient with her. Please do yourself a favor and do not come to this location, or any All-Care, if you want consistent medical care."
