And then she might put a nasty comment in your chart and even say she discussed something with you that didn't even happen!! Maybe she got you mixed up with another patient?! Bad mistake Maria. Maybe you should think of changing jobs. Maybe one where you don't have to work with people. Especially suffering people. Maybe go get another job since you obviously hate the one you have."

"I needed a PCP due to my other "doctor" never being available. I filled out the online forms and in a span of 2-3 days (can't remember) I was contacted by Carilion Clinic. They scheduled me out and let me know they would be sending in my forms by mail to fill out. 1 week before my appointment I received all my forms and filled them and took them to my appointment. I arrived 15 min earlier and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by how fast their service was since I was used to waiting for 30 min or more at my last doctor. Kelly Rupp was awesome and she listened to everything I had to say. She was very professional and friendly. Needless to say I WILL be coming back to her for my medical needs."
