"Very satisfied with my 8-year connection to this practice for treatment of a complete ACL rupture and recent reconstruction. Dr Najarian diagnosed the issue and worked with me on the decision to not perform surgery initially, due to my normal activities (no laterally demanding sports). I was fully educated on how to protect the joint (weight training an stretching) through PT, which enabled me uninterrupted physical activity (swimming) and professional activity. Fast forward to this year…instability due to a change in the type of activities I perform physically made reconstruction more practical. I could not be more pleased with the outcome - virtually no pain, all of which was controlled by ice, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen. Going into a long rehab, return-to-sport, period knowing that I’m in going to be able to enjoy activities that I had written off, such as tennis and possibly skiing once again. The whole team has been responsive, proactive, and informed on each aspect of the process. 100% recommend this practice and INOVA Physical Therapy, and Dr Najarian."

"This review is because, they make drive even though I told them I will be late, there were huge accident in 495. I called them and asked if I was ok to still have my appointment and they said “just come don’t worry we understand that sometimes there is traffic in 495 “ when I get there it was 20 minutes late and they said we have to reschedule your appointment. I was mad because they should have said it before when I called them. They make drive 1:20 from Stafford to Fairfax"

"I had terrible hockey elbow after a season of beer league hockey and Dr Najarian put me on a regimen that has cleared up all my pain around the house and I’m experiencing far less pain gripping things, so I’m hoping for a great beer league season this fall. Thanks to him and the team that fitted me for an elbow brace."

"Went to the clinic with knee pain to the point I could not walk unassisted. Was given an order for an MRI, and I asked to leave with crutches. Was told they didn't have any in my size. I'm 6'1, not 7'2. They said they would have some that afternoon and would call me. No call. At the end of the next day, I received a call that the crutches were in, and we could pick them up anytime. It was too late that day, so the day after my wife went to pick them up. No crutches. The person responsible was out sick, and they were in his car. So my wife had to drive to an entirely different place 25 minutes away just to get crutches that a competently run office should have had to begin with. This practice has outstanding doctors, and for that it gets two stars. The support staff is incompetent to the highest degree. If you're over 6' and you might need crutches, go someplace else."
