"I had the most infuriating and frustrating experience with Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Greater Washington office. My wife visited the clinic, and we paid the required copay upfront as instructed. Little did we know that this simple transaction would turn into a nightmare. Shortly after the appointment, we received a bill for the copay we had already paid. Thinking it was a simple error, my wife called the front desk, only to be directed to the billing department. This began a vicious cycle of passing the buck between the front desk and billing. My wife diligently followed their instructions, making multiple calls to both departments and even attempting to resolve the issue via email. However, no one at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery seemed capable of providing a solution. I took it upon myself to call the front desk and billing department multiple times, reaching out via email as well, but it was all in vain. In a desperate attempt to escalate the matter, I left two voicemails for the office manager. To my disbelief, the office manager never bothered to respond. The front desk had the audacity to claim that the office manager was on vacation, but even after weeks had passed, there was still no response. On my third call to the billing department, they assured me that they would "work it out" and took some cryptic "notes." Despite my efforts to provide proof of payment, no one bothered to update me on the progress or resolution of the issue. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service from Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is appalling. It's clear that their internal communication is in shambles, and their disregard for customer concerns is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a maddening and unprofessional experience. Update 1/10: 3 weeks after their response - no one reached out. They have just emailed that the account is going to collection. They're totally incompetent. Stay away!"

"I didn't really like this place. Came to get two things looked at. Appointment was a lot quicker than I am used to. In the past I have had Doctors thoroughly examine my entire body not just the places I described. This visit was quick and a bit dismissive, the male doctor I saw from my preceptive didn't take it as seriously as I would like."

"I arrived at the Rockville office early 10:11 my appointment was scheduled for 10:20, I figure new patient paperwork would need to be completed but I was told that I didn't need to complete it. Next thing you know I'm sitting in the room and was told that I do need to complete it. Still waiting, 40 minutes thus far and I have to be back at work. Ask the people at the front desk how long is it going to be because I needed to get back to work. They said that they would check and see, but they never came back to give me a response. No respect of my time left and verify that I would not be charged. Can't give a ZERO."

"Pros: Kelli Clair was amazing, she listened to me & my concerns. She was super nice & detected my acne super easily. She was honest about the length of my treatment and gave me a good treatment plan. I’m excited to come back for my checking and see if there is an evolution Cons: my appointment was at 2:30. I was in the waiting room til 3:10, and by the time I saw the doctor it was 3:30. Not professional! Fortunately I didn’t have another appointment afterwards."
