"I was surprised how quickly I was called back for my appointment. I mean, when is a doctor on time for an afternoon appointment? That was a pleasant surprise! Jerome took me back to the room, shook my hand and smiled when he introduced himself. What is going on? Haha My first impressions were promptness, professionalism, and friendliness! The X-ray tech (I wish I remembered his name) was very helpful describing my positioning for my knee X-ray. I’ve had previous X-rays where the technician becomes annoyed if you can’t follow their instructions. Lastly, I met with Drew the PA. Not only did he explain what he saw in my X-rays, he listened to my concerns about the fearing he might tell me to never run again. I explained how important it was for my mental health. Fortunately for me I don’t have arthritis or any structural abnormality. He said I could run again. If I have any issues down the road, I will definitely go back to their practice!"

"Very friendly front desk staff. PA excellent, knowledgeable, answered my questions. Dr Boyd really impressed me. He carefully listened to my 'background' information, carefully explained the procedure, my X-rays and advice on timing of surgery, when I decide. He explained what the procedure would entail, using my X-rays. He provided me (via email) with links to further explain knee replacement. He took the time to address my concerns. In my opinion, he is very humble. I selected him based on recommendations from my physical therapist (I have been seeing him for many years), and the experience of friends and their family members."
