I hope my family and I can meet him in person in the near future. Recommended for Korean Americans living in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. I often see people struggling mentally while immigrating or studying abroad. Unlike hospitals, psychiatric counseling and treatment is considered a place only for middle-aged people with serious mental problems. Stress, depression, and trauma are mental and psychological wounds that will continue to hurt if left unattended. This is not a place you go to because you are mentally weak, but a place you go to take care of your mental and psychological health.
