"If it were possible to give negative stars, they wouldn’t even be worthy of the mercy of -5 stars. They have some of the worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of talking to and led me in circles for a month for a mistake that was done by them when transcribing my immunization records. Then when I asked about the removal of the hold that day, they said they would only remove it after I paid the late fee. The late fee that was accrued due to their mistake taking so long."
"I would give 0 if I could. GMU needs to get their health center together. I am always treated with attitude and the workers give no valuable info. Also WHY am I being told that the documents I sent were incorrect on the last day at 9pm??? This is just a money grab for late fees. Do better..."
"If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism and obvious grab for money is repulsive. As a new to Mason graduate student there was not much clear communication regarding the immunization records. The portal instructions are confusing and what they say over the phone is contradictory. I pay all my own expenses, and cannot afford to pay $50 when I had all the appropriate information. Only one page was missing my printed name and dob. I was belittled over the phone while trying to ask questions for clarity. Surely many students who are younger are too scared to ask why they are being fined or for clarifications."
"This review is specifically about immunizations. I have had so much trouble submitting the forms, then when I do they reject it with little to no help. I tried calling the office but the lady was very short and rude on the phone. Made me not want to contact them for help again."
"Apparently because I am an advance student I had to submit my records 2 years ago. For my first semester at mason I had my records submitted on the deadline they listed for that semester. But I still had to pay $50 dollars because I was in advance? What is the point of price gouging students like this? Not to mention the person on the phone had an attitude for some reason, and was not polite in the slightest. Horrible service and completely unfair to students who turn their records in on time. I cant express my displeasure with one star."
