"Can’t say enough great things about NP Mrs.Lynn Grillo! Truly the best I’ve been too! As a former division one athlete she is miles ahead of any Doctor, Nurse, or NP we had in our athletic department. She took the time to really address my problem & make sure I got what I needed to get healed. I will only be coming back to her. Kind as they come as well. Almost felt like I was back in the south with her southern hospitality charm! The best!"

"They called their clinic "Urgent Care" while they aren't operating as it suppose to. They should remove it. I was late for 20 minutes due to the road navigation issue. The front desk guy said that I had to reschedule to see the provider. If it was/is the Urgent Care, then he lied. If they don't remove the Care type, it is misleading. Or the front desk guy is a racial discriminater."

"This practice charged me $78 ($150 to insurance) for a 4-minute telephone call asking me to schedule an appointment to have labs taken. This call was unscheduled and they called me while I was at work, without notifying me that they would bill this telephone call as a level-3 office visit. It has been 2 months since this incident and I have contacted multiple people from this practice, sent multiple messages, and this charge has still not been corrected. I would be wary of answering any telephone calls from this practice if I were a patient. I chose this practice because of their good reviews and I am only taking the time to write this review because I do not want anyone else to receive this unexpected charge and have to go through this frustrating and upsetting experience."

"You can have CareMed as PCP and/or for your Annual physical examination. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Check in process is quick. Individual taking the blood is highly skilled. Facility is very clean. Both providers - Dr. Grillo and Dr. Kalidindi are great. I would recommend seeing either of those doctors based on availability if you are new patient. Abundant parking available in the lot opposite to facility. Book an appointment prior to visit, either online or by calling them."

"!!!!!!!Don’t go there!!!!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Do not waste your time or money! I scheduled an appointment for my parents, who arrived on time, but were turned away because they had not completed an application. However, we were not provided with any application beforehand. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their representative to book the appointment, but the process was tedious due to the representative's slow pace and numerous questions. I even asked for the location's address, which was not sent to me. Additionally, I inquired about any special requirements for the appointment, but was told that there were none. Unfortunately, when my parents arrived, they were informed that they should have arrived 20 minutes early or completed the application that was allegedly sent to us (which we never received). Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. And they want to charge us 50$(Each) for not attending the appointment."
