"I waited for an hr after i got there for my appointment and next time they said no because i was late 10 min."

"This place is really unbelievable. I was on hold for a solid hour to set up an appointment. First I got all the way to the first caller and then the line was silent...I waited another 10 minutes anyway just in case. Then I called back, held for the front office person, then held for a long time for a triage nurse, then back to the front office person. It took over an hour as I started the wait each time. The end result: I finally spoke to someone to set up an appointment and the phone went dead right at 4:30pm. Unbelievably poor customer service and administration."

"PA Zoe Textoris is hands-down the most incompetent and unprofessional dr. I've ever met. Her decisions put me in more pain unless mobility than I was in before I was seen by her. I submitted her information to the national board for license review. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from doctor (PA) Zoe Textoris."

"Dr. Kurukumbi wasted my time. He was over an hour late to my virtual appointment. In the 10 minutes he spent with me he didn’t ask any questions. Within the first couple of minutes, he decided I must be having seizures, which is COMPLETELY unrelated to my symptoms. He tried to get me to schedule for tests where I would be admitted to the hospital for four whole days. Seems extreme to put my whole life on hold for four days and put myself at risk for catching another illness from the hospital when he can’t even explain his reasoning for how my actual symptoms are linked to seizures. Looked into him more and epilepsy is his “clinical interest”. Seems like that is all he knows and will argue that any other condition is not your issue."

"I would give this zero stars if I could. Took my daughter here for her appt this morning. The office is locked. Have to wait for reception to let us in. The receptionist is very rude!!! She talked to my daughter in the hall. Took 10 minutes before she was allowed in the office area. Looked at me as if I was an alien and told my daughter, not me, that I couldnt come in. Forget the fact I am paying for this test. Will not be back. The most unwelcoming place I have been to. Will make the drive to fairfax hospital where workers are very friendly."
