"The entire staff here are genuinely interested in their patients. From Dr. Hasassian and Shelby to the office staff, all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a manner I could thoroughly understand. I've been involved with spine conditions for years. I lost faith in the previous center I dealt with. They made me feel like I was part of a factory production line. I am happy to say the National Spine and Pain Center treats their patients personally and with respect. Thank you!"

"I had only one provider at the office that I felt listened to me and tried all that she could that was Merridith. The very last visit to the office I was seen by another PA she was extremely rude. I was having tremendous difficulty and as I was talking and explaining things to her she literally stood up and said I need to go to my next patient. We discussed no solutions, I was given no guidance she literally just walked out. So I asked my pcp to take over management of my neuropathy medication. Since I am now having EXTREME pain issues I need to schedule an appointment but I don’t know where to schedule that I will feel heard and that they are trying to help."

"This was my first time going to this location. I usually went to the Arlington location and then moved to Manassas. I cannot think of one bad thing about this practice. The front desk and nurses are very kind and respectful. Overall they seem happy to be doing their jobs! The doctor I met with had great bed side manners and was knowledgeable about all topics related to my issue. He was very direct and to the point, and set up a plan to figure out what is going on with my back. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is seeking help to manage or relieve their pain."

"Great and fantastic Manassas's treatment. The staff are welcoming and treat you like a person rather than a patient. You are treated Will and cared for as an individual, where everything is explained to you with easy of understanding with all procedures from beginning to end. The main communication center is however very miss directional, and have a robot response and often are not fully listening to you’re needs which cause excessive waiting on the line."

"I have had a good experience at the National Spine & Pain Center in Manassas. The Staff and Nurses are always professional, courteous and helpful. They always quick to assist me when I come into office because I have mobility issues. If I need to change an appointment due to health issues they are always understanding and assist me with the reschedule. Dr. Hassasian is always forth right in his discussions which I appreciate, he will take time and answer questions as well make a plan for next steps in my treatment plan. I have several health issues and Dr. Hassasian always monitors my status of the other conditions and reminds me to include him on the copy list for reports, medical notes and tests so that he is current. That is a concerned and interested Doctor."
