"I didn't have any issues with my appointment. I arrived on time and I was called back for my appointment within minutes. The staff were really nice and answered all my questions. It was genuinely an easy and nice experience."

"I scheduled a visit as a new patient since my doctor is retiring. UVA cancelled my appointment the day of and told me they do not accept new patients. Now I won't have time to get my medical records transferred. Why did they make the appointment to begin with?"

"Recently had a first visit, will not return. I sat so long in the waiting room, the front desk actually suggested I had been "forgotten". When I went to check out, the front desk argued with me about when I was last seen by a doctor. I had surgery in the last few years- I'm incredibly confident on when I have been I have been touched by a doctor since that surgery. I was billed for time I sat waiting in the waiting room. My insurance card states my co-pays- I was charged 3x that expected amount. I am on the same plan as my husband, who was charged a different co-pay for the same scheduled visit. When I called to cancel my next appointment as I plan to find a more cost-effective office, they did not have my appointment on file. I am incredibly disappointed with the office and it's billing and accounting practices."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to Bull Run Family Practice for 15+ years, before it was taken over by new management and over the last 2 years this practice has absolutely gone down hill. As a patient, my biggest concern is feeling like I am actually being helped and heard regarding my health concerns and every time I walk in there, I am glanced over, provided no real help and pushed out the door. A perfect example of this is that 1.5 years ago I was severely sick for 1 month and I went to them 4 separate times. They brushed me off and it wasn’t until I demanded a lymes test and by my own research that I was able to figure out what was actually wrong with me. Turns out I did have lymes and they brushed me off when I made that suggestion. I could go on for days with examples of this same thing. The doctors there DO NOT care about providing actual treatment/care. They are rude and unprofessional. I have had to switch doctors 4 times in the past 2 years because of how uncomfortable they make me feel as a patient. They also take forever to respond to messages and returning phone calls. I have made formal complaints to the office manager twice now and nothing is ever done. I will be finding a new primary physician after spending more than half of my life with this practice. Sad how awful this place has turned out to be, a complete disappointment and a disgrace to the name of healthcare. Their reviews surely show what I’m talking about as well. 2.3 rating! Y’all should be proud."

"Horrible front desk, they are so rude. I took my sister for her appointment and since she's a minor they said only a parent can bring her. Rescheduled her appointment and went in with my mom this time and she said no the mom can't bring her she's not a legal guardian and that only my dad, who lives in a different state (which we told her), is allowed to come with her for her appointment. If this was the case she should have specified previously who can bring her. Previously she told me either parent can bring her and this time demanded that my mom shows legal evidence of being her guardian. We have never had to do this previously whenever we went to a doctors office. On top of that I can't even explain how rude she was, like honestly no clue how she's still working there."
