"They never answer the phone. You need to expect to wait on the line maybe more than an hour. I never got answered. I called them 6 times a day and waited 50min to wait but couldn't contact with them. I wonder how they schedule and cancel appointments. Voice mail box is full so it can't take message anymore. There's no email so phone call is only way to contact."

"Arrived exactly 9 minutes late to my appointment due to construction traffic. After 30 minutes of wait and multiple forms to fill, the Dr. Lee refused to see me for being late. I feel sorry for office manager who was very apologetic and profesional trying to explain that the doctor wants to reschedule my appointment. I refused to reschedule and decided to find a doctor who shows some care and compassion to their patients."

"Great doctors, bad admin staff. My son has special needs and needs to see Dr. Bahadori ( is a fantastic doctor) every 6 months. I took an appt in June and got one for October with him. Finally when I go there I am told I do not have an appt and their staff totally messed up by not recording it in the system. The lady attributed it to being extremely busy which I get but they need to get it together."

"After experiencing tinnitus mid-July, a hearing test that appeared to be inconclusive and told to keep using allergy sprays and blowing my nose, I decided to reach out for a second opinion to Dr Lee who many years ago saved my vocal cords with surgery so I got my voice back. A second opinion from her would at least help me understand this issue and how to deal with it. After reviewing my records, Dr Lee patiently listened to me, made a diagnosis, explained her findings and left me with some possible things I could do to lessen the noise. I left the office with a frank assessment from a Dr I respect very much."

"Let me start of with the good… I believe the doctors are great and kind and I have been overall happy with their decisions. We have been a patient of Dr. Black’s for over a year new. However, if you are having an issue that needs medicinal attention it is impossible to be seen and you have to play phone tag with a nurse. There have been times were it was just easier to go to urgent care, or the primary care physician because you can’t get ahold of someone and can’t wait any longer. You have to call and the front desk tells you they can’t make any appointments for you but try calling the nurse. At some point during the day you can’t even talk to a nurse because they screen your calls for emergencies only. If this happened only once, I wouldn’t bother write a reviewing but I’ve lost track of how many times it has been."
