"We did wait a little while but considering how busy they were while everyone is getting sick in January I think they did a great job. The front desk staff were nice and Dr Soliven was very nice to my 5 year old boy who was super scared to be there. After talking to the Dr and the other staff that helped us prior, he felt much better. The Dr apologized for the long wait but I could tell they were trying their best, which is all you can ask for. Overall I recommend this firm and will continue to come here."
"I don’t know what other peoples issues were but was treated very professionally and got great treatment with follow up. Will definitely go there again."
"So I never write reviews but after seeing all the horrible reviews I wanted to share my experience. I was genuinely nervous to end up here after seeing the reviews online, but I had no choice. This is why sometimes you have To take a negative review with a grain of salt. Every staff member I interacted with was so nice and helpful. Even to other patients as I was in the waiting room. Nobody was rude. They were quick (I didn’t have an appointment) and efficient. Overall I had a really great experience and I am relieved to have gotten some help with my sickness. i’d definitely recommend them."
"I would not recommend this place. The receptionist was rude when I called and asked if they accept at walk-ins. she definitely made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to answer the questions. when I got there, the service was no different. They seemed to be bothered by my presence. The young lady taking my vitals before the doctor got in, wrote down my medication wrong. When the doctor came in, he started interrogating me about where I got my medication from. After repeating my medications to him several times did he then realize that what the young lady wrote on the paper and what I told her was incorrect. The sad thing is that I even gave her the medication to write down. Dr had no bedside manner. It was more like he was checking off of task rather than seeing a patient. I would NEVER GO BACK HERE!"
"I know why the reviews are so bad here. It's not the doctor's, it's the receptionist. When I walked in, sick as a dog, the receptionist asked me if I had a mask. I said no and he asked if I had one in my car. I said no and asked if he had one for me. He said well I do but I'm running low. So he gave me one anyway. Then he asked why I came in today and I said I think I have the flu. He said when were you last tested. I said well that's why I'm here. He said well how do you know you have the flu. I asked him if he would like me to run down all my symptoms. I felt interrogated by the receptionist. He was confrontational and rude. Sick people don't need confrontation. This is a medical facility, you should have masks for your CUSTOMER'S. When I was checking out there were 2 men in front of me with no masks. I asked him why they don't need masks and I was required to wear one. He said they weren't getting treated. I replied you didn't know if I was getting treated when I first walked up. And he had my license on the counter right in front of the 2 men in front of me. Doesn't my license have private information on it? Why would he leave it in front of 2 strangers? In my opinion this guy is in the wrong business. Nothing but confrontational and double standard on who wears a mask and who doesn't. On the other hand the nurse and the doctor were really caring and helpful. The doctor even apologized for the mask situation."
