"I setup and appointment to go see this doctor. Appointment was set for 1 PM. I even had a confirmation of the appointment. When I get there they tell me that they tried to call me several times, and I had no calls from them. They told me they were not accepting any new patients. That's all fine and dandy, but you say that you try to call me and you didn't try to call me, they just wasted my time. There were no calls from anyone, If you say you tried to call me, leave a message, Every other doctor's office would have left a message. They knew the issue I have and is not a small issue. The attitude I got from the office staff was not good. I hate being lied to. The number that was in and on the site was correct. I know for sure because the site that I set the appointment on actually dose a phone verification so the can assure they have the right number. They said they tried to call me 3 times from the number on the site."
"I recently came in there for lab work and it was the best experience ever. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. The NP is absolutely wonderful she took the time to answer my concerns and all the questions I had in regards of my health. I have been to other places and they are the usual I take your money here is a prescription and only talking to you for 10 min and out the door you go. This place is nothing like that. Do not look any where else this is the place to go for your medical needs."
