"I have heard great things about this facility, but sadly I didn’t experience it. On two separate occasions, different doctors/midwives “lost” my test results and did not check in with me until I called multiple times begging for the test results to be explained. After having 2 miscarriages, I still found myself fighting to get the care I needed; constantly having to call and do follow ups myself. It saddened me and made the beginning of my pregnancy experience very stressful. I thought this just must be how care is everywhere, but it is not. I have moved on to a different practice and I’m no longer just a number, but an actual human."

"The best obgyn office I've been too. I had Dr. Aron deliver two of my babies and Kathleen deliver my last baby. Sometimes the office does run behind but the care I received made up for any time lost in waiting. Truly very compassionate drs and listened to/supported what I wanted through Out the my whole pregnancies and postpartum. I definitely recommend this practice ❤️"

"I was referred to Fauquier OBGYN by my primary care doctor. I am beyond pleased with my experience. From the front office staff, the nurse, and of course Dr. McDonald everyone treated me with such kindness. Dr. McDonald was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease as we plan for a future procedure. OBGYN’s that I have visited in the past tend to rush the patient process, but not this office. If I could give more stars I would! I’m so glad and relieved to have been referred to their office."

"I traveled from Winchester for 9 months & for postpartum care. The previous OBGYN I was visiting, Winchester ONGYN had too many patients, always felt rushed (even right after my miscarriage sonography ) , and felt like just another number to most of the staff. I had a miscarriage & D&C procedure at Winchester Medical Center. I was told that within 3 months I could carry again, but I didn’t want to. To my unexpected surprise I fell pregnant right at the third month. It was after verifying at a local urgent care that I decided to search NOVA for a practitioner as I am from Fairfax. I did not want to travel too far, so INOVA practices were off the table. I googled the practice and after countless availability issues with landing an adjacent town I chose this practice. I have seen all 4 Doctors and will continue to visit this practice as long as I live in Virginia. I initially saw Dr. Mishra, who I later found out was only part time. She established an amazing rapport & ensured all my questions were answered during each visit. She made sure to provide at least 4 opportunities for me and father to address our concerns during each visit. Eventually I learned that I had to see all 4 doctors in case they are on call for delivery. That being said, I personally felt most comfortable with Dr. Mishra and Dr. Friedman (Monica) so I scheduled a 2 day induction. My hospital treatment & stay at Faquier was superb. I can’t imagine a better experience as a first time mother. I arrived at 5cm and after Dr. Friedman broke my water at 7cm I requested an epidural after the contractions intensified and received it at 8cm. Dr.Mishra delivered my baby girl and I had no complications during my stay. One week postpartum I developed a headache that would not go away and grew concerned because I have a family history of maternal stroke with paralysis. I assumed it was postpartum preeclampsia so I was able to choose between an emergency appointment with DR. Aaron or Dr. Kathleen within the next 3 days. After seeing Dr.Kathleen she called 3 times during the week to check on how I was feeling. I decided to go the ED at WMC and discovered that it was most likely a spinal fluid leak. The ER doctor explained that it was not like a caffeine withdrawal, but caffeine was needed for balance. Dr.Kathleen mentioned caffeine, but I miss understood her explanation. I was prescribed caffeine with some sort of narcotic & was instructed to take it as least as possible due to breastfeeding. Fast forward to 8 weeks postpartum, I only took 2 pills and I am back to feeling normal besides the weight gain. Stephanie the scheduling representative was also one of the best scheduling professionals I’ve interacted with in my life. Altogether, if I had the chance to entrust my first born care and delivery I would choose this practice."
