"This was the absolute worst experience. I made an appointment online, and when I arrived they said they couldn’t help me. The staff member was extremely rude. My daughter was terrified of her. Later I received a text telling me that my appt had been marked as a no-show. I will never return! It was a complete waste of my time. I had to politely excuse us from the room while the staff member was continually preaching to me why we shouldn’t have come."
"They don’t even greet you, just call your name like you’re the next one at the deli counter and ask why you’re there. I visited twice in the span of 3 days for a TB test. My first visit was a bit better than my second, at least the first clinician said hi. Very cold, seemed rushed even though there’s literally been 1 other person in here each time. Didn’t even take me back to read my tb test- asked me for my ID and just looked at my arm right in the waiting area. When I finally said “good morning!” to her, indicating she hadn’t even acknowledged me, she said “good morning- it’s been a busy morning”. That’s it. I just got off a 12 hr shift. I still greet people when speaking to them! Thankfully these visits have just been a test- if I was actually sick and feeling bad I’d hate to think that’d be the way I would be treated."
"Never had issues going here in the past so I don't know what changed. Went to the minute clinic because I had a persistent cough and soonest primary care dr. appt was for 2 weeks out. They gave me cough syrup and sent me on my way to monitor it. 1 week later went back because the cough syrup didn't help and it was getting worse. The dr. basically told me it was my allergies/asthma and prescribed me an inhaler (it did nothing). I disagreed, but she was VERY persistent that it was my allergies. Finally had my primary care appointment a few days after which listened to all the same things (my breathing, etc.) and told me something was developing and prescribed me an antibiotic and cough suppressant. Giving 2 stars as the first nurse I saw both visits was amazing and I got in and out quick, but only 2 stars because the second dr. wasted my time and $."
"Second time visiting within the last 2 months (once for flu shot, another for antibiotics). Key was to schedule ahead of time online. Was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. Received texts confirming visit and calls by the practitioners when it was time to come in and be seen. Saw two different nurse practitioners for each of my visits. Both were very professional. I would use them again when I'm unable to get in with my normal primary care doctor."
