"So, last week I made an appointment for my daughter to have her TB screening for school (form). When I made the appointment, I was talking to a guy for about 20 minutes who had to keep asking others questions in regards to my appointment. He gave me an appointment for 9:40 a.m. on 8/1/23. My daughter & I showed up this morning at about 9:10 a.m. so that we could get everything settled. They had NO appointment for my daughter-in fact-they don't even do any TB testing-should she had needed one-except for Monday & Wednesday. I was then informed that tomorrow, (Wednesday) they were full & I was told that Monday they could see her. She has Cadre Camp, so that was not acceptable. They suggested I go to Urgent Care so that's what we did. I should have been more diligent when that guy I was talking to and absolutely NO CLUE what he was doing. As my late Freshman English teacher, Mr. D. would say, "I didn't just pull this information out of my rear end". This happened last year with my husband and my youngest son. Since they have been unable to get their act together in the two times we've tried to use the Health Department-I cannot recommend them."
"Well on a holiday they don't answer the phone, a restaurant selling bad food is not an emergency to ccallthe mergency line provided, but still you would think they would at least care to take lesser issues as well"
"Very positive experience recieving Flu vaccine for myself-Covid/Flu for my friend at the Warren County Health Dept/VDH. Effecient/smooth check in-Nurse administering vaccines was very informative,skilled and compassionate. Beautiful facility-We are blessed to have these services in Warren County!"
