Reviews
"Really good great job my owner myshelf me my Friendshipply lifestyle now."
"This is only the 3rd negative review I've written in 20 years. I tried to become a patient here for medication management. They wanted blood tests and EKG, which I agreed to, with the caveat that they tell me why they need the blood test. They refused to tell me why, claiming I was refusing the tests (which is untrue). Either they don't want to reveal to the patient what the blood tests are for, or they are unable to explain their own practices, or they are unwilling to treat their clients like capable adults. None of these possibilities are good. I'm staying far away from this place, and going somewhere where they are more informed, logical, and where they treat their clients appropriately."
"Counselor De Smedt helped me make it through one of the worst events of my life. I can now happily say that I'm mostly free of the anxiety and stress that completely stopped my life's journey for almost two years. I also was able to process the events of the past and overcome serious trauma thanks to her help. Now I look forward to being in social events again and spending time with other people... something that seemed impossible when I made my first appointment!"
"Violated my HIPPA rights. Emily who doesn't work inside the MHA building refused to transfer me to someone in the building assuming she knew why I was calling. Emily works in a call center. The only way she transferred me was to force me to tell her why I was calling in. I don't know her. I was very uncomfortable telling her about my treatment as she does NOTwork in the MHA building and had no right or needs to know the purpose of my call. All she needed to know is I needed to speak with someone in the building. This broke my confidentiality while violated my rights and HIPPA laws. Be warned"
"This is the 1st 'negative review' i have ever posted. Latoya hung up on me twice and only upon my 3rd call, after i stated she hung up on me, did she tend to my needs. She stated she said hello several times and no one was there. I can assure you she picked up and hung up on me twice. Not once did she display an ounce of sympathy or professionalism and I will not continue my intake process."
