"We switched to this practice after feeling like just another number at our previous dentist. WOW, it was the greatest decision we ever made! The front desk ladies are truly the most welcoming humans, during the first visit and every visit after that. The staff takes their time with you, there is never a moment you feel like just a number to them. My daughter now also goes to the orthodontist within this practice and they are so accommodating to your schedule and understand when emergencies happen and are quick to get you in. I truly thought I lost hope when we watched our previous practice change so much, but this dental office has restored my faith that good offices that care and take their time truly do exist. Everyone also seems happy working there and that speaks volumes! So grateful a family friend recommended them!"

"The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! I have two sons, one of which deals with hefty anxiety. The staff was so patient with him and made him feel at ease. They explained step-by-step what they were doing and allowed him to ask many questions. "Frederick Pediatric Dentistry provided our daughter with a great first dental experience. From start to finish the staff showed professionalism and kindness. The entire atmosphere of the office is based on your child having a fun dental experience. From the Finding Nemo decor, to the small touches like children getting a prize at the end of their appointment they really go above and beyond. I really can not compliment the staff enough! When we first walked in our receptionist Linda gave us a warm welcome. She helped us get our insurance paperwork sorted and made the entire check in process a breeze. Corrine, our daughter’s hygienist, explained every step of the process in a kid friendly way that allowed our 3 year old to be excited about her teeth cleaning and exam. Dr. Kim was speedy and gave us a clear treatment plan. We could not be more grateful for the fantastic staff at this office and the wonderful experience our daughter had."

"For our initial appointment, we liked the staff. The facility is nice also..this is the only reason why it’s not getting one star.. We were Not too crazy about the dental hygienist, like many other reviews have shared. After our first appointment they suggested treatment (which wasn’t an emergency, just some fillings on baby teeth)… Our family had a busy next couple of months and financial obligations that would cause us to have to delay the treatment for a few months until we could take the time off of work. Due to this, we received a letter in the mail that our family would be discharged from the practice. It’s unfortunate but also a blessing. We would rather work with a place that isn’t more concerned about getting our money and would rather work with our family."

"As I sit hear listening to two of my kids excitedly (yes, excitedly) get ready to go to the dentist, which they have been looking forward to for a week, I thought it only appropriate to share just how much we love all this office! They are so kid friendly and take all of the fear out of going to the dentist. Instead they put the fun into going, and into oral care! We recommend them to everyone we know with kids. Their office is spotless, the staff is amazing and your kids will thank you! My kids just made a (LONG) list of their favorite things at the dentist and it made my heart happy. They also have an in-house ortho, who is just as amazing and highly recommended. Having the ortho in the same office made it 100% less scary for my son to go because he was already so used to going to the happy dentist office! If your child has any dentist office fears, this is the place for you."
