"Parents, be aware, as this establishment is run by the owner and director, Elena F Schwartz, who runs this business in extreme authoritarian manner (former Soviet style). The director, Elena Schwartz, constantly and shamelessly verbally abuses staff and neglects children, which borderlines with verbal and physical abuse. The childcare legality and its operations in state of Virginia is very questionable and is reflected in illegal employment of staff, absence of formal employment contracts, improper and deficient teacher / children ratios, often leaving up to 16 children with only one teacher for over an hour, as was witnessed multiple times during lunch hours and other times. The childcare is not reporting taxes and its employees’ wages to IRS, which is illegal. Parents, please do your homework thoroughly before bringing your children to this awful establishment and always talk to your children about their experiences at childcare, so you know what is going on and how they spend their precious days in order to avoid child neglect and abuse."

"This is not a daycare, it's a home for your little precious angels. The teachers are the sweetest ladies, caring, kind, loving and at the same time they are promoting good manners and discipline. I had my baby going to an in-home daycare and local daycare centers before, and I can tell that From Russia with Love daycare was the only place where kids were actually learning and speaking a different language, plus learning art and music, dances, alphabeth and so much more. Another cool thing is that the food kids eat is made from scratch from organic produce(there's even a garden in the backyard of the daycare). You won't find chicken nuggets or French fries here, but you will find your kid eating fresh fruits and veggies, kasha, soups, kotleta and other yummy Russian meals :) are you still thinking about enrolling your child? I wouldn't. You won't regret this decision later, I promise! :) I wish this daycare opened years ago, when my daughter was still a baby."
