"Absolutely horrible! First, it started off with confusion. My appointment was on a Friday 9 am, online it says she is closed on Fridays. I went here just to get acupuncture for my neck. Instead of having the procedure explained to me I had to answer questions that were completely irrelevant to the treatment. There is no need for her to know if I have brothers or sisters, if my parents are alive or not, how many kids I have, if I have any pets or what my feelings were like when I think back about elementary school. I'm sorry none of that is relevant to getting needles stuck in my neck! I told her that none of this is important and doesn't pertain to the treatment but she persisted in asking those questions. I left, that was a complete waste of my time! I should have known after reading her bio online that it was going to be a waste of my time!!"
