"Just moved to western loudoun and trying to establish a doctor is a nightmare. I have one of the best insurance plans you can get and it has been accepted by EVERYONE... and even out of network, it pays well, so have never even had an issue getting in with out of network doctors in the rare occasion that it is out of network. not so with this practice. the lady acted like she was an expert and said "well, i have never even heard of that plan" and refused to serve us. didn't even bother checking why. i have had some providers who hadn't used the insurance and it was easy for them to check and get in network (like a 5 minute process). She refused to even look into it (parent company LMG confirmed my plan was in network, found another office who gave no hassle, so office lady was just being difficult. I have heard the doctors are good here, but who wants to deal with terrible administrative people like this who will mess up everything) So frustrating. edit: and MORE frustrating... checked for providers that WERE in network and guess what... they are on my plan's list of in network providers. ridiculousness"

"I'm so torn. Dr. Jeni Keene is fabulous and it took me a long time to find a provider that listens and cares. But LSFP has gone down hill overall. I think they have gotten too big and not adjusted with it. It is so difficult to have your phone call answered, ask a question, or get an appointment. Communication is poor. Its administrative issues, not care related. The portal clearly is not set up properly to email questions or get appointments online - features that should be easily available in 2022. If you need care when you're sick, you'll be well by the time your appointment comes around because they are so back logged. And their issues are not due to the pandemic because the difference is NIGHT AND DAY to the experience with the pediatricians office the same building. It's so disappointing. Honestly hoping Keene leaves so I can follow her."
