"Hotel wouldn't be half bad but the majority of front office attendants make the stay unpleasant no matter the time if they feel the need with out warning they will call the cops they also double booked us during our stay switching us mid stay from a room with a full size fridge and stove top to a mini fridge that did not work none of the rooms where cleaned during our stay"

"I would like to say that the room was clean. Our stay was fine until the end. After check out the charges us a cleaning fee for smoking and neither one of us smoke. I called them and they acted like I was lying. I stay in the same place every time I go to middlesboro, KY. I know the rules and I did not smoke in the room."

"Don't let the dreary exterior fool you. I am in a very nice room with stainless steel appliances it's very clean and comfortable and safe. The customer service here is exquisite there's a continental breakfast and the desk attendance are wonderful. The price is great and if you just need a place to stay for example like I'm on a business trip this is perfect it's very clean everything you need is in the room everything works in the room it is in good repair so on the outside it may not look like something you might select but the rooms are fine."
