"We were placed in a smoking room. It smelled so awful. Bed was very uncomfortable and broken down. Towels were worn out. Heater was very loud. Will not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was honestly pleasantly surprised. It has its quirks as all these kinds of places do, but everything worked, was clean, and we had everything we needed. It was easy to work with the people at the desk. The arrangement of spots in the parking lot isn't great, but that's about the only thing I noticed. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The management is very inflexible. We had an emergency situation come up which was out of our control and they would not work with us and made us pay the full price for the room. It seems like they care more about money than the guests who they are supposed to prioritize. Think about this before staying here."

"Room was nice enough. Clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Not very happy that in order to get a non smoking room you would be charged a $200 deposit. The view around was gorgeous. Ice was at the front desk which was a small hike up the hill and you had to ask them to fill your ice bucket from behind the counter. But they were cordial and seemed to have no problem with doing it. Very nice lady attending to the front desk. Fast and smiling and sweet. I will stay here again if given the opportunity."
