"Awful office. They don’t care about helping the patient, they only care about money. They billed my insurance wrong and then left me with the bill to pay. Multiple times I called trying to get it resolved and they just ran me in circles. I was led to believe it was being taken care of until one day I get a letter from the court saying my wages are being garnished for 4x the original bill amount. So a bill that my insurance would have taken care of ended up costing me way more all because they didn’t bill the insurance correctly. I don’t recommend this company’s services at all."

"The wait is long to get an appointment but it is worth it. I was in the emergency room without being able to walk for a month and Dr. George Stergis gave me an accurate diagnosis, and a medicine that helped me recover very quickly until I was waiting for my results. At my second appointment he prescribed me a second medication that not only It solved my migraine problems, but also solved my anxiety and panic attacks problems. He is an amazing doctor, who really takes the time to listen to you and help you."

"Their reputation is correct and now I understand why my doctor’s referrals normally go to a different practice. I saw Dr Lyon a few years back and really liked him so wanted to stick with his practice. This experience was horrible and I will be taking my doctor’s recommendation (that I should have taken to begin with). They’ve called to reschedule my appointment twice. The first time was the day of the appointment and the second time the day before. After being called to reschedule my appointment this most recent time, I couldn’t make the reschedule date because I was traveling and had work conflicts. The next available appointment was in 3 months and I just couldn’t wait that long (no one goes to a neurologist because they are healthy)so I moved my schedule around (not and easy task) and booked the appointment. The morning of the appointment I started completing my paperwork online and the website glitched and wouldn’t let me continue. I don’t have a printer so figured I could complete at the office. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I was 3 min late for my 10:00 appointment. After waiting in line for 2 min, the receptionist told me that I needed to have all paperwork finished and checked in by 10:10 or they would need to reschedule. Fine, I can fill out forms in less than 2 min, my information isn’t difficult to put on paper. She proceeds to go to the back and ask someone how to handle this and tells me that the NP, Robert Fox, I was seeing could agree to see me. After he was told he already canceled my appointment twice, (he was the specific reason both times my appointment was canceled), he said he wouldn’t see me. I fully acknowledge that I was 3 minutes late, however, there are a few issues with this. First, this practice has a reputation for canceling the day of or day before for appointments then being unable to reschedule for months. Second, knowing that I was one of those cases, Fox didn’t make an exception of just a few minutes leeway. Third, if the receptionist had just let me start the process it would have been done by their 10 min requirement. They chose to not let me at least ATTEMPT to make it happen. Fourth, I guarantee in the waiting room filled will patients that I was going to be escorted immediately into Fox’s office to be seen. An additional 2 min to check me in was not going to hinder any appointments behind me because there is no chance I was going to see him the moment the receptionist had my name checked in. I don’t leave reviews, bad or good, because I believe the problem should be brought to the company directly. I brought my issues directly to them and received just stares back. This is a doctor warning: don’t wait months for an appointment with them unless you absolutely have to because they are your only insurance choice. Call around and find someone else. There are other doctors in the area. Don’t get stuck with subpar attention. You go to a neurologist for real problems. Don’t let their constant rescheduling keep you from getting the care you deserve. They are so booked out because they cancel all the time. If they kept appointments as they are, they’d actually be able to see patients."

"I saw Dr. Lyons today and he was great. As were his nurse/techs (one was named Sophie, I'm not sure about the other girl's name). I highly recommend Dr. Lyons and his staff, they are very kind and caring people. I had to wait to be seen for a half hour after my original appointment time, and that's why I took a star off. I understand that doctors get backed up though, so it wasn't very concerning. I didn't see any of the negative things other people reviewed, and I felt very confident about the testing because the doctor and his nurses told me what they were doing every step of the way, and they helped to assuage my fears. I also received the results of my testing immediately. I would go here again if I had to, and I would recommend the office to others."
